Sales of Genesis Quality Assurance Limited
NSF-CMI has purchased the farm assurance business and the subsidiary Integra food Secure Limited.
Established in 1999, the Leavesley Group grew Geneisis QA from start-up to having approximately 4,000 members. Further Development required specialist investment in audit and certification, and expansion overseas.
It was felt that NSF-CMI are better placed to enable such investment and expansion.
