Leavesley Environmental also offers a range of specialist oil absorbent products and we are exclusive national distributors of Natures orb, an eco friendly product new to the UK market. Naturesorb can absorb an extensive range of contaminants from Acetone to Xylenes. It can also be used to filter heavy metal contamination from water and soil and is ideally suited to upgrading Brownfield sites. Its filtering properties mean that it can be used to separate oil contaminants from water. Naturesorb is available in different configurations of booms and pads to contain spills on land and water. Because Naturesorb simplifies any clean up process, reducing the need for labour and transportation and because a little goes a long way, it can be five times less expensive to clean up spills using Naturesorb compared to other types of commonly used materials.
The Leavesley Group has many different divisions it trades in such as trading, property and agriculture. Trading specialist equipment and surplus inventory disposals, with particular emphasis in specialist military vehicles and equipment. In property we develop a portfolio of commercial units and industrial estates, but also including agricultural land, lakes, woodland and a country park. In agriculture we focus on pig production and quality assurance auditing across all farming types – dairy, beef, sheep, pig and arable.
